Greg arrived before the agreed time and was straight into the job. We both knew it was going to be a long job as there was a complete Consumer unit replacement. Greg was also tasked with moving an existing External socket and installing a supply to the garden for a Hot Tub being delivered in August. Despite getting issues along the way, and having to end up moving the incoming main supply to the house he persevered, ended up with the wrong supplies from his supplier and had to correct this problem as well. Greg kept working and eventually left at 22:00 having completed everything going well beyond what is expected of any workman. I am definitely keeping this mans number for any future electrical work. The man is a star in my eyes and deserves a higher score than 5 but I can not go higher. Thank you Greg ~ Richard P

Greg visited in early June as I had changed my car to a full electric. Following his advice I sourced the Hypervolt Home 3 Pro charger from a third party. As soon as it was ordered Greg was given the expected delivery date and a visit to install scheduled. On the day of install Greg arrived and started his tasks even before I got home from work at about 09:15. There were no issues, everything was connected, the consumer unit upgraded for electricity spike protection, all of the network cables connected back to our home router an everything left clean and tidy. Greg's next task will be a rewire of the entire house once I can save enough money to pay for it, as this is not a cheap job. ~ Richard P

Greg turned up on agreed time, full van of tools and bag full of testing equipment. After short conversation he got straight to work. Work went quick and with no big issues. He was recording his work, explaining to me what he is doing and never stopped working. I have seldom have seen someone so sure and proud of his work. I have learned few things, had great time doing that and on top of that I have got new consumer unit fully sighned off and ready for the future. From start to finish Greg & his team did a superb job on rewiring a large, four-level house. - Greg’s initial quote was clear and well costed, so I knew exactly what I was paying for, and with clear timelines for the work. - Greg’s experience meant he was able to advise on where switches, sockets & lights should best be placed. - His team did the job with great professionalism, and were always helpful. I was kept in the loop and knew what was going on, and when. - The team were flexible, so I was able to add in smoke alarms to the original quote. - Aftercare was superb - Greg was really helpful dealing with snagging. ~ Phil B

Live Line Electrical were excellent. Our electrician Tom did a brilliant job finding and fixing faults with a faulty plug socket and ceiling light in an old house. He also installed a new double plug socket and bathroom light switch. Everything is working perfectly. Communication throughout was very good, Tom checked with us beforehand where we'd like the plug sockets and light switch placed. He also talked us through our options with the repairs and asked us how we'd like it wired (where possible). We have old floorboards in the property that we wanted to preserve and Tom was very careful when lifting and replacing the boards and also did a great job patching up the ceilings where he'd cut through to access the wiring. Tom also went above and beyond and stayed late to make sure the works had been completed on a Friday, having started at 8am. We felt it was very reasonably priced for the works carried out. Live Line are very professional. They were quick to respond to my original contact and provide an estimate. Any queries were dealt with very quickly. They communicated before arriving to undertake the work giving the name of who was coming and an time of arrival. They went through the work on arrival and queries were dealt with on site. I had the whole rewire done by Greg. I don't know much about it but Greg explain me everything, he keep me posted, recorded a lot of very useful videos, told me what, how and why is he doing. Greg is a lovely man, easy to talk to, makes you feel comfortable straight away. Extremely good electrician can not fault him in anyway, explained everything as he went along. The job was done in an hour: investigations and fixing the issues, you can find cheaper but he is worth the money hands down. Greg and Lopez were amazing, they couldn't have been more helpful. Greg was very polite and friendly, the work was completed to a good standard and on time, the only problem we have is the security light was supposed to be set at 3 min and it’s been set to just under 15 seconds which is less than ideal. We would use Greg and live line again but we also need the timing on the security light rectified. ~ Cynthia D

I recommend Live Line. They’ve done EICR’s on both residential and commercial units for me. They were available at short notice, which helped as meant I could confirm rewiring wasn’t needed before I starting redecorating.
